Domino is a popular game in which players place tiles on a table and then knock them over to create chains or lines of dominoes. These chains can be simple or elaborate. These larger sets increase the number of available ends by adding a third or fourth row of pips to each end of the domino. The most common extended domino sets are double-twelve (91 dominoes), double-nine (55 dominoes) and double-18 (194 dominoes).
Some of the most popular Domino games involve scoring points by laying dominoes end to end so that the exposed ends match each other – one’s touching one’s, two’s touching two’s and so on. Each time this occurs a player is awarded the total of all the adjacent dominoes. The highest scorer wins the game.
